In general, we observe the following local delivery schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: DC and our Woof Pantries in northern Virginia
- Tuesday and Thursday: Chevy Chase, Bethesda, Montgomery & PG County
- Saturday: Catch-all Day
- Every other Saturday we deliver to upper Montgomery County including Rockville and the surrounding area to accommodate customers in those outlying areas. For a schedule of the "Rockville Run" dates please refer to our events calendar.
Our drivers are typically out for delivery between 12pm-6pm.
Please include any delivery instructions, substitutions, or preferred delivery days in the Notes section of your order.
If you need same-day delivery outside of the above schedule please get in touch with us so we can schedule a delivery via Roadie by UPS for an additional fee.
The Shipping Manager is on-duty from 9:30am-4:30pm Monday-Saturday, if you need help after outside of those hours please ask for the Manager on Duty.
