Over the years we have set a system up where we take special requests for items we may not have in-stock, which will be arriving during the week from our Distributors. We get incoming shipments on a daily basis Tuesday - Friday and generally have a number of requests for customer items on each shipment, including auto-orders for online purchases.
Please note that orders from small vendors can take several weeks to be fulfilled.
Most of our shipments come in the morning, with the exception of UPS and FEDEX. We are usually receiving and unpacking the pallets during that time and will notify you as soon as we can regarding you order which will either go to the front of the house for pick-up or to the shipping & delivery office for further processing.
Please be patient with us and as our staff is working diligently to get the inventory processed and available.
