We deliver frozen foods locally, and take every precaution to keep them cold in transit.
If we are delivering to a private residence, we pack the items in an insulted container with ice packs to keep them cold until they are delivered and to hold them in a cool state until they are refrigerated & / or frozen by you.
Please let us know in the comments field while checking out if there are any special instructions for the drop off and storage until you pick up your goods.
If you have chosen a Woof Pantry for delivery, please make sure they have a freezer on premises, and if not, that you will be able to retrieve your frozen goods the same day.
