We ship frozen food to locations outside of our local delivery radius. We pack frozen items in insulated boxes or coolers with ice packs or dry ice depending on the temperature and time in transit. During the warm summer months we are limited to locations that have 1 and 2 day shipping options available.
If the weight of your package or the distance to the destination cause the shipping cost to exceed the $18.50 shipping and frozen fees, we may contact you to discuss shipping options.
We do not ship frozen items on Fridays or Saturdays due to frequent shipping delays on weekends. If your order is ready to be shipped on a Friday or Saturday it will be held over the weekend and shipped on Monday.
