Q: What is a curbside order?
A: A curbside order is an order placed online that you can conveniently pick up from our store without having to enter the premises.

Q: When will my curbside order be ready?
A: If the items you ordered are readily available in-store, your order will be ready on the same day. However, if any items are out of stock, we will place a special request with the distributor to deliver the item on our incoming shipment. The delivery time may vary based on the availability of the item.

Q: How long do I have to pick up my order?
A: We kindly request that you pick up your order as soon as possible. Our store space is limited, so it would be greatly appreciated if you could pick up your order within two weeks.

Q: Where do I pick up my order?
A: Our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in finding the designated curbside pickup location. Please make sure to have with you the credit card with which you made the purchase as well as your ID.

Q: I’m having trouble placing my curbside order online. What should I do?
A: If you encounter any difficulties while placing your curbside order online, please give us a call and ask for a manager. They will be able to assist you in placing the order over the phone.

Q: When will I be charged for my order?
A: Initially, you will see a temporary hold charge on your card. This is a pre-authorization to ensure the validity of your payment method. Once we have gathered all of your items and your order is complete, your card will be charged accordingly.

Q: How will I be notified that my order is ready?
A: You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Please keep an eye on your inbox for this notification.

Q: Only part of my order is ready. Can I pick it up?
A: Absolutely! If only a portion of your order is available, you can still come and pick it up. We will keep the unavailable item on order, remove the in-stock items from the order, and you can conveniently pay for them in-store.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
A: Yes, you can make changes to your existing order. Please give us a call at (202) 291-2404 and our customer service team will be happy to assist you in making any necessary modifications.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel part or all of your order, please call (202) 291-2404. Our customer service team will guide you through the cancellation process and ensure that your request is handled promptly.
