Due to the perishable nature of frozen foods, all frozen shipping sales are final once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Requests to cancel, recall, reroute, or return frozen shipments after they have shipped cannot be accommodated. Carrier interception services, when available, are not guaranteed and often result in delays that compromise the safety and quality of frozen products.
Any frozen shipment returned to The Big Bad Woof after leaving our facility cannot be resold and must be discarded.
In limited circumstances, we may attempt to submit an interception request to the carrier as a courtesy. However, successful interception is not guaranteed. Any shipping charges, carrier interception fees, and product losses resulting from the request remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and managing their shipping orders and auto-orders prior to processing. Once a frozen order has shipped, The Big Bad Woof cannot guarantee cancellation, return, recall, rerouting, or refund the order.
