Issues with Restarting Auto-Orders

We recently changed our merchant services account, which caused some of the auto-orders to pause since they cannot read the card on file. If this happens please update your credit card information by going to your name in the top right corner of our website, and clicking it open to show your profile.

Under Profile choose MANAGE CARDS and open that window.

If you have a card on file please delete it and add a new card, even if it is the card you had in use previously. This will re-add it to the new merchant account.

Once you have done this please go to MANAGE AUTO-ORDER and open that screen. If you scroll down on the right you should see the new card - click on edit and set that card to default for the auto-order.
