Return Policy

  • Food & treats are returnable for any reason for a 100% refund or exchange.
    • Food & Treat Returns MUST have the UPC from the original container returned with the item in order for us to honor the return. If you use a food container for storage then please keep the bag or the UPC from the bag, especially if you are trying out a new food.
  • Wet Food – we will accept up to two (2) empty cans per variety for return
  • We will give a full refund for merchandise returned with proof of purchase (verifiable on customer account or with a receipt), in salable condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
  • Store credit may be issued for merchandise returned without proof of purchase, in salable condition and in its original packaging at the sole discretion of store management.
  • Merchandise without proof of purchase in non-salable condition or without its original packaging will gladly be accepted as a donation to a local shelter.
  • Defective merchandise will be given a full refund or exchange if accompanied by proof of purchase, otherwise a store credit will be issued.
    • Please consider your pet’s specific play & chew style when selecting toys. Unless specifically stated, toys are not guaranteed to be indestructible or long lasting.

Please review the following brands we carry which may have an extended return policy form their companies ~ you as a customer may need to follow their instructions to return the item, if they want it sent back directly to them and not returned to the store.
