Does the website accurately reflect store inventory?

Since 2005 The Big Bad Woof has been bringing you high quality, eco-conscious, whole and healthy pet food and supplies. We are a small operation with big goals, and we rely on large distributors as well as small vendors to keep our shelves stocked with the brands you love.

We do our best to offer variety but we are limited by the size of our brick and mortar storefront, which is actually pretty small, and so our inventory and back stock are limited. This is where our website comes in. It is meant to show what we can offer even if we don't have it in the store - you can special order any item on our website and we'll get it for you!

Our website shows over 19,000 items, all of which we can special order for you, but we simply do not have the space in the store to have all website items on hand. Oftentimes we must order items from one of our distributors. If you purchase something on our website that we need to special order, we will be in touch with details and an ETA.

We do our best to expedite the process, but there are some things we cannot control. Things like inclement weather or supply chain jams can affect our when we receive inventory, and sometimes it can take a few weeks to fulfill a special order.

Our goal is to enable you to be the best pet parent you can be through a curated selection of products, and we are grateful for your continued support of our small business.
