General FAQ

• Do you allow dogs in your store?

  Absolutely! We welcome dogs, cats and even have had small mammals and birds in the store (under supervision of course!). Please make sure your animal is well-behaved and on a leash at all times. If your dog is on a retractable leash please keep it short and under your control while in the store.

• Do you sell pets?

  The Big Bad Woof does not sell animals, however, we regularly host adoption events at the store and we have several working relationships with rescues around the WashingtonDC. Check out them out here. We also offer a fantastic adoption package.

• UPS Access Point

  The Big Bad Woof is happy to be a UPS Access Point Location. Drop Off: If you are dropping off a package, please have the package ready for shipping, with an eligible shipping label already affixed. We do not provide any packing materials or printing services. Pick Up: Please have a Photo ID th...
